- Hey everyone back again in Scrap Mechanic with another awesome build! Today we are looking at an offroad vehicle with double wishbone suspension that does not have any glitch effects! This suspension setup is great for offroad driving as well as low gravity driving using the helium mod!

for multiplayer monday you should do a very complicated challenge but give people the week to build their vehicle instead of 15 minutes.

That should have an electric engine, it would still go fast if the electric engine was turned up all the way of course but it would be much easier to climb hills.
I thought of using thrusters with gyroscope to point thrusters always down, and the force of enough thrusters can be 1Gravity(1 G or ≈10N)
So the resulting force is 0.

"Crazy complecated suspension" lol double wishbone isnt crazy complex, also, you cam get rid of most of the suspension glitch by adding bearing to the connection to the springs. Also why isyour suspension so soft? Its like fully compressed, this looks terrible and doenst absorb bumps. And making the arms on this suspension longer doesnt increase travel, because the springs are connected to the wheelhub, instead of the arm.
Also the soft suspension makes your vehicle roll alot in corners

totally agree, totally true. I always get triggered when i see one of his creations have suspension too weak for the weight, the point of suspension is to absorb bumps. you might as well not even add suspension!

You can get rid of most of the glitch but I did some testing with just a single bearing buffer and it still caused the vehicle to sit sideways when in low gravity mode. True this suspension doesn't really absorb bumps so much as keep the vehicle wheels on the ground.

Why don't you just connect the Low Gravity Module to a NOR gate and a sensor that is pointing down at the bottom. Then it would activate Low Gravity whenever you do not touch the ground

To deal with the suspension glitch, i just make my creations extremely heavy.

It would be great if the devs add legit no-glitch suspension and also keep the suspension glitch with the old suspension.

Great and bad idea great idea: add 2 micro thrusters on max connected to the 1 switch bad idea (bad thing) it might glitch to helium
kAN, instead of using the helium mod you could use the water mod. The water level would be on the top of the world and you would put minimum float blocks on the buggy

Double wishbone with 2 suspensions have smaller stabilization too (use 1x1x1 suspension from modpack)

You should of made an auto helium activator with the sensers.
