Countries like US Canada Australia and European countries have a less stable social system and it will hamper the development of the next generation as well. That’s why you see a lot of Rich Malayalees in the 50’s and 60’s in these counties, however the younger generation is not very successful. Political backlash and cultural non acceptance is another big problem. Indians Chinese and Arabs though successful in ones own country are marginalized to an extent in the other countries. They have their own groups and gatherings and the outside world does not know about it. They live in permanent shadow in China Town, Pak Mosque, Kerala Church etc.. Bottom line, if you are well educated, have a stable family and some assets, immigrating will increase ones chance of becoming unsuccessful. Now if you are immigrating for love of certain music, cooking or sports or some passion you cannot find in India; that makes sense. But in current situation, economic migration is farce for Indians and will backfire.

First couple of years will be little difficult but there are lot of support system available from Canadian government. One has to be prepared to go through bridging courses or challenging text to become equal to the education here to get a license or registration to work, then you will get same wages as Canadians do. Canada's health support is very good compared to US but i admit non emergencies always takes too long to attend if you go to the Emergency. Also we have to wait sometimes months to see a specialist, i personally had couple of worst experiences 😥. But overall i am happy with Canada ❤

I heard from many friends that healthcare system is utter failure and patients won't get proper treatment on time...one of my friend had teeth problem and he was waiting more than 60 days for getting doctors appointment..
Yeah, to an extent this effects us who enjoyed getting treatment right away from our local doctors. Here treatments are considered free if you hv insurance but for non emergency treatments like fracture n stuff the wait period is in hours i guess. From my experience, I went to take a tb medical test in one of the walk in clinic(for job purposes). I thought I would be able to do it in an hours time but it took about 4 hrs. The tb skin test is one of the quickest procedure I have seen. It took just a minute to do. So far from my experience, if you are someone who need to visit doctors frequently for various reasons wether it's simple issues or not, things wouldn't be pleasant. Check with some of your friends who had experience for details.

Hip fracture surgery on the other hand is an emergency/ urgent procedure for which, you will be admitted from the ER ; there wont be a waiting.
My wife was 4 months pregnant and she was on extreme vomitting for 3-4 days continously .our family doctor was on leave (undayitum karyamonumalla receptionil vilichal phone polum edukkilla)we went to hospital and waited in the ER. I gave her plastic bags and she was continously vomitting while sitting there also.with her a lot of patients also waiting with many reasons.she sat there around 3-4 hours with this extreme vomitting.she was almost fainted.i shouted but security came and pull me back and closed the door.she was actually extremely tired and weak. And she ran away from ER with tiredness and drowsiness and i picked her to the car and we reached home with lot of disappointment.I called my nurse friend and he started a drip at home..really pathetic system here.

Social work is a regulated profession so 1st you have to get your registration To get your registration you have to apply to the registration body and your qualifications must be evaluated by them and after assessment you may need to complete suggested course there .To do all these you must be in Canada on a proper visa and be ready to do any job as part of the survival. I went to Sick kids with my daughter around 2am with fever and vomiting.And the wait time was 8-9 hrs and there were 45 patients waiting and only 1 doctor there. But there was a triage nurse noted down all the symptoms and all..and if they feel like its an actual emergency, they will definitely give them the priority.They have online doctors as well for consultation.
