My ringneck female tries to talk loves to hear it but boy does she pick at my wallet hahahaha 2 tablet chargers replaced she pecked at em good one V20 case ripped and my note 8 first tampered glass brocken but still i love her to death none like her ever will be
That’s normal for a bird to do that it dosent know what a phone is so it will think it’s a toy best to watch them or put somewhere else where they can still hear it

I agree with Hydras assessment. Parrotlets technically can talk. But it might not sound like what you are looking for. It would likely be very gravelly and you might not even recognize that it's saying an actual word
How are cockatiels are they fun birds? Bc I want to buy one but my sister said she had one and they are useless also I have an indian ringneck and they generally don't like to be touched. Do cockatiels like to be touched?
They can learn yes, but keep your expectations low because it takes them much much longer to learn than the bigger birds. They will also speak with a gravelly voice so it won't be perfectly clear like it would with a macaw or Grey
Don't get frustrated, some birds just aren't interested in talking. I have 2 budgies and a conure. While budgies have the ability to learn to talk they show no interest in it at all. My conure on the other hand seems to want to. It just depends on the bird itself.
I am not too worried about it. He is still a fun and awesome little guy and that's what matters. I do think he likes when I play it for him in a playlist for him for when I have to leave, though :)

Yes it does, but green cheek conures have a weak and high pitched voice so it might sound funny

Cockatiels dont learn to speak like big parrots. They can mimic the words and learn from this video yes. But it might not sound perfect.

It’s hard for parrotlets to talk. They don’t talk as much so it’s less likely to talk but there is still a chance for that little guy to talk 👍
