Cutting out fast food is so hard but you can do it. One thing I did, was start making my favorites at home. Saves a bunch of money and you can eat the same things for a lot less calories. Regardless, you got this! Also, adjust your defintiion of "failing" here. Eating fast food here and there is not failing. Allowing yourself to get in that headspace just sets you up for actual failure. "oh well i ate bad for lunch so i might as well just keep doing it since I already messed up." That is not good. One bad meal isn't going to ruin you. Bounce back. You only fail if you quit. Seriously though, you can do it. I know it can be hard, but try not to let others get to you. Do YOUR best and that's enough.

As you know, I lost 30-40 LB myself, and it really does help that I thought of it as a lifestyle change instead of a diet(and I still do)...so that's the absolute best way to think of this. Also, something that helped me was for the first month or two, keeping a log of everything that went into my mouth, whether food or drink. I did this so I could keep track of my intake and see if I needed to make any adjustments. Good luck on this amazing journey man. I'm routing for you all the way.

So crazy to think I’ve lost 8pounds in a week. I implemented jogging, running, upper body workouts, ab workouts etc... and I feel so much more healthier and refreshed. Good stuff, David! And speaking of biking, I can definitely agree with you that biking is a nice and fun way to get some exercise. I've been getting tons of exercise in myself, and as I speak, on my Apple Watch, every day this month I've been closing my move and exercise rings!

Hey David, you could try looking at some alternative items or recipes to replace stuff you already love. Things like diet soda obviously help, but you can still eat high protein, lower calorie burgers, pizza, etc. if you use the right ingredients. Just making simple, better decisions can help tremendously.
David, I like your personality, your creativity and most importantly - the content you create. Damn, I do not care if your body is bigger or smaller. Weight is just a number. But if you want to lose your weight, maybe try to eat tons of raw vegetables. If you crave sugar, then most preferably raw beets and raw parsley root duo will help you. You will be full in no time after eating 4 parsley roots and 2 big beets and they are full of complex and simple carbohydrates, so you won't feel lightheaded. It is just a suggestion.

Try cutting out processed sugars,don't drink your calories, and try cooking from home more you'll have more control over your diet. Restaurants use so much excess oils and butters. Nothing worth having comes easy(:

Hm, I've never had to do that. They might have external hard drives designed specifically for the iPhone. Are you not a fan of cloud backups? That's how I currently save all my data.
I recently lost 70 pounds, went from 260 to 190. I used the weight watchers app to track my food and activity. Really nice and easy user interface and was able to sync my Apple Watch with it.

Love that you didnt call it a diet, myfitnesspal always works for me to lose a stone, its all about balance, i eat lots of chicken and salads/fruit but also dont deprive myself of Pringles😂 i bought a walking pad for winter coming in, kinda like a treadmill but more sleek😎

I lost 60lbs by cutting cutting carbs/sugars down to 100-150g per day and a 1hr walk everyday. The last season of Lost ruined it for me. Can never watch it again.
