    I have the 90S Carbon and this thing is so impressive. The best head cover I have ever owned. Well built, quite, and so damn lite. Cost me 450.00 shipped, a year ago.

    Thanks for showing the weight of the helmet. 1.4 kg is already heavy for us with back issues. Sayang gusto ko pa naman tong rpha 70!

      Glad to have shared something useful. This is the Carbon Reple, i doubt any other helmet in the HJC line up would be significantly lighter though.

    I have reple one which is different colour with yours. This is super light and comportable for me and i can cover 10 hours riding in a day. Funny thing is HJC doesn't sell this type of rpha 70 carbon in Korea so i had to purchase online from shop in the Germany :/

      Awesome design. It’s odd you can’t buy this color in Korea :) ride safe

      I just tested it and the ventilation is very good. I could really feel the airflow on top of my head. It’s also quiet. Well-built . Good choice .

      @@Mr.Francisco Have had mine for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it! It’s so light and is fairly quiet even on a naked bike at highway speeds.

      @@10fantic it is a nice light helmet. Comfy inside also, nice ventilation and relatively quiet considering the amount of air I get inside

    Wait... I thought the carbon versions were only DOT rated. This one has an ECE rating? I'm so confused about this.

    How did u find the fitting had to re order for 2xl ..very snug fit still after xl sent back. Cheeks puffed up abit like yours. Not tried the helmet in anger but otherwise love the look and can't wait to try it out on the road 😀

    • @Mr.Francisco
      @Mr.Francisco  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Exactly your situation. I have very big head in proportion to my body. I bought an XL. Then I found it to be quite too snug and feared it might squeeze on long rides. I ended up replacing the head liner pads to XXL. The cheeks remained original. The helmet is very very comfortable. No complaints!

    are there cutouts for the cardo speakers?

    • @Mr.Francisco
      @Mr.Francisco  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes there are cutouts inside for speakers. Please note the Cardo here is AFTER-MARKET. I had them immediately installed before going home and filming this 'unboxing'
      Thank you :)

    Is reple different to solid carbon. The specs are identical on their website.

      I think they're the same. Only the colors changed for the Reple series (and the slitghtly higher price)

      @@Mr.Francisco yeah I am thinking on buying XXL pads too. It is really hard to get it here in Malaysia. Its almost 4 months since I use this helmet daily but still not break in. Very good helmet.

      @@iskandarkhamis I agree, very good helmet. It’s a good thing I bought this from the official HJC dealer and they had all the spare parts readily available. Thanks for watching. Ride safe! 🏍️

    Also in regards to h j c customer service California. And 3 year warranty..I have a e mail from h j c customer service California. the e mail. They sent To me suggesting they send parts and I Idisassemble and repair the helmet with the parts they send me and fix there helmet myself.. this would void out the warranty and will releave h j.c of liability for helmet and if this helmet of ever failed HJC would say they are not responsible as I did the repair myself and the liability is on me.. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau this week against HJC and their failure to have proper technicians to repair effective helmets or service centers to send defective helmets to for warranty repairs and expect customers to do their own warranty repairs as e mail from h j c surgesrs with parts they Supply as the email they sent I have a copy of the email which I will be sending to the Better business bureau Business with my complaint along with my receipt for the helmet and that three-year warranty policy of h j c. As it appears h j c have no technicians or repair centers for warretys and expect customers to do the repairs with parts they Supply for life saving motorcycle helmets that are mandated by law you were in many states by me disassembling and repairing my helmet voids out there liability on helmet as I am not a motorcycle helmet technician thank you very much
