    Fell off a fishing boat? Got caught up in a current and onto the shore..?

      Not likely it fell off a boat. Eyes are very clear which indicates it's very fresh and never been frozen. The boat would have had to travel a 1000 miles or more without freezing the bluefin and somehow keep it fresh. Cool to see and extremely rare as we don't get tuna in the sound we really don't even get mackerel here let alone tuna.

      ​@@dabberdan3200the fish is about 300 pounds, and very fresh. Nobody could've moved it to that beach in that condition-except the fish. (When it was alive).

      Or judging by the fact it washed up dead and whole, could have been sick and disoriented.

    Soon enough salmon will be only on Alaska, i am ok with tuna 😊
