お手軽イタリア風サンドイッチ、ジェノベーゼとトマトモッツァレラのカプレーゼサンドイッチ (Caprese sandwich with homemade pesto)

- パン　(バゲット)　　１本
- トマト　　　　　　　1個
- モッツァレラチーズ　1個　(100g)
- バルサミコ酢　　　　お好みで
ペスト　ジェノベーゼ
- バジル　　　　　　　大1袋
- パルメザンチーズ　　25g
- にんにく　　　　　　2片
- オリーブオイル　　　80ml (大さじ5)
- 松の実　　　　　　　大さじ3
- 塩　　　　　　　　　お好みで

- Parmesan cheese 　 　　 25g
- Garlic 　　　　　　　 　　 2 cloves
- Olive oil 　　　　　　 　　 80ml (5 tbs)
- Pine nuts 　　　　　 　　 3 tbs
- Salt 　　　　　　　　 　　 to taste

I love sandwiches, and this time i'm making a super simple recipe inspired by the Italian tomato and mozzarella Caprese salad.
Homemade pesto goes perfectly with this sandwich, and it takes less than 10mins to make! Store it in a sauce bottle for easy use, and it will keep in the fridge for a week.
