Thank you Anthony! It is much appreciated, we have put a lot of work into these videos to make them as detailed and clear as possible. We also have new Tai Chi courses coming in the near future, so please keep an eye out for those! 🙏🙏🙏
@jameswebb9659 hi Jim, unfortunately this is the only video on Zhang Zhuang we have right now, but we're always open to making new videos and tutorials so keep an eye out!
Understand what period of time you can regulate your breathing for. For example, can you control your breathing whilst standing for 10 breaths? If so, try increasing the number of breaths slightly until you understand at what point your breathing pattern/method is broken. Work within this range whilst slowly increasing the number of breaths over time. Don't treat it as a question of "how long can I stand there?", but rather as a question of "how can I control the quality of my practice, and what I am discovering each time I practice?"
Thank you. Do you teach lifting tongue at the roof of the mouth while doing this? As a lot teachers teach it in Zhan Zhuang practice, in Tai Chi classes also they start with it. Do you recommend it?
Hi Danny, whilst at first this training may be more waigong focused as you figure out the basic positioning etc, the neigong side of it will come with time as you fine-tune aspects such as your posture, your breathing, your coordination, your intent etc. At a higher level, all types of training should contain both waigong and neigong.
Hi, you can get auto-translated subtitles by selecting the "settings" icon on the video player, then choosing "captions", then "auto-translate", then "Spanish" 🙏
This is it. This is THE best video on Zhan Zhuang anywhere. The expanding, contracting, rising, and sinking are clearly visible. Excellent!

I agree. Do you have any other video clips showing the other Zhan Zhuang postures?

This is the best video I've seen on this technique! Does this training has a nei gong technique which can be done simultaneously?
