Hi love! future dietitian here, but the whole purpose of veggies and fruit is fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins/minerals. Those powdered drinks lack fiber and antioxidants so they should never replace veggies. I found it helpful to start incorporating veggies in every meal little by little. It's all about building the habit. Start with breakfast then lunch then dinner :) now I cannot go without veggies and fruit every meal.
