🍂 Apple & cinnamon baked oats recipe🍂
for the baked oats
-100g porridge oats
-1 tsp baking powder
-2 tbsp maple syrup
-1/3 cup oat milk (I used the pumpkin spice flavour!)
-2 eggs
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp nutmeg
mix all ingredients together & blend into a smooth batter, then bake for 25 minutes
for the compote
-1 chopped apple
-2 tbsp maple syrup
-1 tsp cinnamon
-chopped pecans & raisins
pop ingredients into a pan & stir on the hob for around 15 minuets until the apple is super soft

It was recharging to see someone so honest and vulnerable on the screen again, even more now, and I thank you for that. Very soothing and productive in non-conventional way for mind is to just be aware of surroundings and listen to birds when you are outside in such a nice nature. Take advantage of it. 😊
