Thanks for this awesome information, Allen...quite interesting. I intend sitting for my CSA certification exam very shortly after taking the on-demand course. I actually studied at my own pace (with a lot of youtube video references), right from when the servicenow version was sandiego. My fear now is that, since there's a new version (tokyo), am i going to have problems with some of the questions? I wonder why the on-demand nowwlearning platform has not changed to reflect the new additions in the tokyo version so i can, at least, add it to my own personal knowledge base.
Thanks for the kind words and I'm glad you enjoyed the video. The ServiceNow courses only get updated when there's relevant content to update. Usually, for the CSA exam, there isn't a whole lot that gets updated in that area of focus so that's why the course may not indicate a version in it's name (like other courses sometimes do). With that said, if there were to be any Tokyo specific features in the CSA exam, it would only take up about 5 questions worth. I don't suspect you studying within the San Diego release to be a bad thing. CSA is big on terms and definitions. I'd recommend studying the material from the course and the CSA blueprint document from ServiceNow which details the categories covered within the exam and some sample questions as well. Best of luck, let us know how it goes!
Hey Allen, I've just come across your content and I'm super excited as I am new to ServiceNow. Hope I am not too late 😔. I have followed you on LinkedIn and would definitely love to chat with you if possible. Thanks again for putting this up. I am going to go through your playlist for those new to ServiceNow. I believe some of my questions may be answered in those videos. Cheers👍
Hi, I’m glad you’ve found the content helpful! You’re not too late. There’s going to be a big final push in 2024 for more people, but that’ll occur all through the year, so you’re right in the middle of a new wave coming in. You’ll be leaps and bounds ahead of others simply by leveraging great resources you’ve found (such as this channel 😉). Feel free to ask any questions you may have and that’s a good idea to watch over some of my other videos as I have covered a lot! Thanks!
@@Allenovation I have been admitted into the Rise Up ServiceNow System Administrator Professionals Program and will be commencing the training next week. I'm looking forward to a rewarding experience.
While this was originally created for focus on 2023...it's actually still relevant today. Definitely worth a watch, in my opinion!
That waterfall gif was RIGHT ON THE NOSE
Holy Cow Allen, Great information, very timely and true. I've set my 2023 goals.
That's truly great to hear that you’ve already set your goals for next year! Well done!
Amazing video! My target is achieving the CIS ITSM, as a begginer, but the CAD is triggered too! Thank you again Allen!
You’re very welcome. Thanks for watching! Great goals for next year! Let us know how it all progresses!
