I am sure that the law of thermodynamics is exist in your system. When you are using external electricity to rotate the flywheel, the electrical energy is transforming to mechanical energy and with the use of that flywheel, the alternator is rotated. as a result the alternator generates electricity which means the mechanical energy stored in flywheel is transformed to electrical energy. nothing else and it is not factual.
