Dear sir you have used a 3 phase alternator with 1500rpm. I think You method is correct but it's my suggestion that If you use PMG ( Permanent Magnet Generator) 3phase+N 440v 375RPM or 100RPM. And also A Gear Box may be it will give good results coz at low rpm it generates electricity 440V and also should add battrey charger for reverse charging battries like synchronization method. Dc motor run from battrey and it makes energy and from that and also charge battries too.

I think this machine is generating power by taking 45kw load in 5 sec intervals n distributing it in 120sec interval for less than 45kw load. Other than this, I can't think of any scientific solution. I could be wrong though. They should test with same load for 24hrs n see how it works

The load when charging the flywheel is greater than when discharging, that’s why it’s runs after the generator is switched off
