I've been using it for the last six months. I got this for around $215 here in India. I’d say that the sound is bright-neutral. The note weight is lacking in the lower frequencies. But it makes that up in the middle and high frequencies. The mids are super clean! The high frequencies are where this IEM shines! The soundstage is phenomenal! But I’d say that it sounds best with warm sources and cables. A cable like Effect Audio Ares S or Cadmus makes this IEM a genuine all-rounder. Most importantly, it opens up beautifully with good and powerful sources. Thanks for the neat review. 🙌
@@dudenomad I've used it with Alo Audio Pilot, Shanling UP4, and FiiO K9 AKM. I'd say that avoid ESS DACs if possible because they are more analytical than other DACs. Since this IEM is also analytical, it may sound laden with details and congested if you use it with an analytical DAC like ESS. (Only Shanling does ESS in a non-analytical way.) Use AKM, Cirrus Logic, or R2R DACs with this. These DACs have a warmer tuning and they'll complement the analytical nature of this IEM very well. Oh, and do NOT forget to test various tips on this IEM should you buy it. I did not like the provided tips because they sounded too sharp to me. Dunu SS tips are a perfect fit for me for this IEM.
@@sudipchatterjee These infos are eye openers for me for sure. I have an iBasso DC03 Pro with Cirrus Logic DAC, CS43131 I think. Will it suffice? And how do they present poorly mixed recordings? Also, do you have any other iems within the same price bracket that you regard more than the A5000?

Hey mate, which DAC do you use with them? I'm now considering them alongside the SuperMix4, Aful Performer 5 and Aful explorer.

Hello, LPGT is a bit more highlighting emotions and dynamcis, while SP3000 has a bit more "fluid" mids. But TBH I'd prefer SP2000 or LPGT
