I first discovered asmr and the effect it had on me when i was a young boy. My family wasn’t very wealthy when i was growing up, and my mom was widowed when i was about 7, so she used to take me with her to work when she went to one of her jobs which was cleaning apartment buildings. I remember she would clean the steps with a sponge and a bucket of water and she would start from the top of the steps and work her way down. I would lay at the top of the steps with my head in my hands watching her as a child and i remember how insanely relaxed i felt listening to the sponge dip into the bucket of water. The sounds at around 35:00 is the closest I’ve felt to that first time experiencing asmr relaxation since i was a child. You’re the best PPOMO. :)
