I respect Moonbin so much for playing a gay character back in 2019 as a popular idol during that time! This was before the BL trend happened and he brought so much attention and representation to the forefront.

Moonbin acting in this drama helped raise awareness regardless of his sexuality which is why we praise him. I'm sure he went through a lot of hate for it too. Of course, people should support Holland and give him the respect he deserve especially coming out in a toxic industry like Kpop. But I don't think they're trying to disrespect Holland by doing this. A lot of people were supportive of Holland after the assault news.
