Mcsatans in the final episode I believe he was rescued, but yes a sequel with nekrogoblikon would be amazing.
Mcsatans Sadly never will happen. Adult Seim wont give Brendon Small the rights to the characters back so he cant even make Dethklok albums. He released "Galaktikon II" last year that, according to interviews, is meant to feel like a new Dethklok album.

He's "Dressed as Goblins" in the sense that he's not a "real" Goblikon, but despite this, he's the Goblikon that the old man seemed to love the most, so he's the realest Goblikon in that sense. They picked on him for being different but they also had some resentment, probably from the attention he got. Everyone's merely dressed as goblins. Life really is a fucking joke, and then we all explode, whether in the more overt and literal sense of telekinetic head explosions, or in the subtler and more realistic sense or a heart attack that kills you suddenly out of nowhere.
You might be reading into this a little bit too deep.
If this was a live action series, this should be a sad-comedy like Bojack Horseman.
