That is correct. At Meta there are no titles. Just hidden levels Staff in this podcast refers to the E6 level. For comparison to other companies that do have titles, you can check levels.fyi

Yep certainly, he admitted to that. He had a hand in capitalizing on his luck but that growth wouldn't have been possible in many other situations
