We are heatpressing 6 panel structured hats with patches, and they are leaving a crease on the crown of the hat. We are using the 3" platen. Any recommendations on how to avoid the crease across the top of the crown?

whats size is the platen was used for the black and grey cap with the high crown and fused buckram i have the slugger and its not filling the cap properly.. there is too much room left inside of the cap between the cap and platen.. eg in this video 7:15
Hey man one question, how you avoid the press marks? I have small project but after I press te first one OMG, I don't want to continue. I am using 6 panel cap, 210 fitted, the logo just go in one of the panels, any advice or help? Thanks a lot.

This hat press is a GREAT way to burn blisters on your hands. The burn plate does NOT rise high enough above the platen!!! Way too close! Not happy with this product.
