I’ve been wanting to get a flocked tree as well. I got a save my money for the next house. My tree that I have now is falling apart, and the lights are slowly dying section by section. lol! I definitely feel you on a few personal areas here. Thank you for sharing! We need to get together for some tea or coffee soon. 💕

I am happy your family is doing better, our Thanksgiving week was similar. The beginning of my Christianity was very legalistic and trying to do things of my own power vs the holy spirit after I found a new place of warship more of the holy spirit was able to work in me.
Ya know, I think the ability to worship freely is key in seeing our faith in the right perspective. Then we can truly rest in the spirit. ❤️🎄
My brother in law has the flu, I just found out yesterday. Thank you so much for this because it is a great reminder. Everything you have said is so true. Love the tree, we have three up, so far lol. We plan to put one on the front porch too.

With having our American friends here we have a flu going round our house. Glad Daniel is doing better!!! I habit track but I don’t think we can habit track faith stuff!!! My twin son try’s to check the boxes as he feels like he’s ment to!!! It’s true we can’t live in our strength!!!

Sorry to hear you guys had some illness pass through your house. Glad to hear that Daniel made it through without being any worse. That's always scary when caring for younger kids who are more vulnerable. That's very special that you've been able to develop a Bible study between fellow TH-camrs. It's amazing how God works through all kinds of media and tools, even in connecting people over the internet. You share some great thoughts about our attempts to "do the right things" or "checking off the boxes" instead of walking in the Spirit. It's so easy to do.
