- A few people tagged me recently in a 'challenge' at a place called Yoh Burger. They call it The 10 x Challenge Burger...Because, well...It has ten burger patties in it...Now you don't get it on the house if you finish, but judging by what I've seen online you can win a £7 voucher for your next visit.
Been a while since I ate anything following that pizza challenge last week, so it only seemed logical that I try to do three.

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' video.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

@@TheGodshatter Just make sure to keep trying mate. I always frowned at the statement "it gets easier", but honestly, it does... I'm in a much happier state of mind now. It's not so much that one day it'll just change, but if you grind through those dark days and just gradually learn to appreciate all the little aspects of life and indulge yourself, things will definitely get better for you. Life is a gift, so just go with the flow and try to enjoy yourself a little, be a little selfish. When you're sat there alone, overthinking things, try to realize what you're doing and snap out of it, the more you notice and snap out of it, the less it'll happen and consume your mind. distract yourself with things you enjoy, even if it's just watching my man beard woffle down 25 big macs. You know when you are not expecting to laugh, and then something makes you laugh all of a sudden, and you manage to choke on something that you aren't even eating? That happened to me with the "Smell my cheese, you mother" line. Now, I'm imagining Partridge with a beard. Best spontaneous laugh I've had in a while. Nice one.
