      @@yacinegannouni860 This watch has an automatic movement, meaning it does not have a battery that keeps it powered. Instead, the movement is a bunch of cogs and gears that are wound up and can stay wound for as long as the power reserve, in this case, 80 hours, which is more than other affordable automatic watches. Typically, they can run for only about 40 hours before stopping. Does that clear things up?

      @@tommasol9701 it’s basically made by a more expensive brand it’s like comparing gildan to Gucci both make clothes but only one can charge $3000 for a shirt AP has built a name and quality that allows them to charge that much the tissot and Royal oak could have everything the same yet people would spend 1000s more on the AP version. The customers is what makes it valuable if people stopped buying at that price they could easily lower it.

      Most of the time oyster style bracelets. But I have bought a few uncle Seiko jubilee bracelets that seemed pretty good

      @@cornelius6616 Usually aftermarket I just go leather at that point, but Strapcode and Islander make good Seiko bracelets

    This is a watch that's better than any fake watch out there. However, to say it's comparable to an AP, is nonsense. The amount of man hours to finish an AP bracelet is more time spent than making 100 Tissots.

    it obviously is a good watch, but the fit and Finnish on a Royal Oak, is on a completely different level but that is what you would expect from a expensive watch.

    • @YouTube_is_full_of_trolls
      @YouTube_is_full_of_trolls ปีที่แล้ว

      Its an automatic watch.
      That means it has a traditional mechanical watch movement, but has a hunk of metal that swings when you move... which winds the watch
      Thus if you are wearing it, you never have to wind it

    Prx or gentlemen?

    • @ChronometerCheck
      @ChronometerCheck  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For me, the PRX. It's a bit more unique. But if I had JUST ONE WATCH it would be the Gentleman. Dressier and a bit more versatile, and could mix and match different straps much easier

    Given that the Overseas (and arguably the Nautilus) are just expensive Royal Oak Homages, why not just get a PRX instead.
