Ok so theres a few things that need changing. First is cq level to 15 and next is preset from p1 to p6 or p7. I have a full tutorial on my channel on how to get the best quality, but nice vid anyway, there are a couple of other things but these are covered in my channel for the best quality vids. Also better quality may mean slower encoding, but if you record in .mkv and then compress to .mp4 after and delete the mkv, you will get really good quality.
