Polycrylic and starcraft pure coat work the best, IMO.
What can I use to set the glitter on the outside to stop it falling off , I used mod podge to set the white and it completely took the sparkle off it
Try polycrylic or starcraft purecoat. I use them for the inside, and it works well. I am sure it would work to seal in glitter on the outside.
