You've been through so much. And not only are you strong 💪 doing well, but you're helping others get out of their darkest places. I am so thankful for this video, and I am so sorry that people do not get help for their disease (because this is a disease and all should stop stigma around that) when needed so many times. Tough love is usually never helping anyone. Thank your guest for sharing his story! ❤

I definitely get low blood sugar because I am on ADHD medicine so I will take my meds and that shuts off my appetite for 8-12 hours till it wears off. So if I get deep into my school work I literally forget to eat until my stomach grumbles and is like "hey bitch FEED ME" so I basically have to force myself to eat because I don't feel the hunger but my body does. If i don't eat i get dizzy and shaky and sleepy it is pretty bad. What a fucking savage to bike for FOUR AND A HALF HOURS good lord ur determined!
