Solid player. Bless his heart, once he get to the mainland, we gon fade you up right tho. Have you crispy. Footwork was too crispy also. And, way stronger and faster than he look.
The area around Kahuku has some of the most talent in the entire country on a per capita basis. Maybe the highest percentage of Samoans, Tongans in the entire country. I remember maybe 20+ years ago they were tied for all high schools in the country with 5 current NFL players. Always plenty of talent there, even if the private schools recruit some of their players away.

I think he'll be LB in college. He's listed at 210 lbs now but for Poly kids it's easy to gain weight. I can easily see him playing around 240 in college.

Hahahaha not what the scoreboard said 🤷 I'm Samoan but I was born in CA raised in Texas.. We just built different as Polynesians in general but when the blueprint and foundation of the game being taught here in the mainland is beyond the knowledge anyone coaching HS football in Oahu won't except.. They (HI HS Locals) don't except outsiders and that's always been the way of HI. St. Louis is an exception because they are a private Catholic school that has ran the program like one in the mainland.. How do I know? Cause I have cousins and nephews from both St.Louis and Living and playing in Lai'e/Kahuku.. And the St. Louis alumni have lasted and shown a better outing in the NFL and D1 Programs them Kahuku and the rest of the HI public schools.. I'm from Texas so we believe we are the best High School Football in the country but Im more open to seeing other states that produce Polynesian players for run an more effective off season and after school workout regiment like you see at a DeLaSalle/Mater Dei/St John Bosco(CA).. Bishop Gorman (NV) Bingham(UT) to be successful in the long run

@@JustLiftUce - The scoreboard was not an indication of how tough the game was. Great close first half but Gorman eventually pulled away in the 4th. Half of Bishop Gormans players are local boys from Hawaii. Saint John Bosco DJ Uiagaleilei and Mater Dei Domani Jackson are also local boys from Hawaii as well.

@@JustLiftUce yeah, polynesian athletes are fun to watch. They never lack in the heart department. As you said, just cant match at a highschool or even college level as a whole, but huge difference makers when recruited or in the pros.

I don't know who you are looking at but he has closing speed. Good open space movement. He has better hip movemet than some DB I've seen. Very physical, very instinctual, can move through traffic and has a nose for the ball. And he has good hands to boot! I see him getting up to 235lbs at Texas a Overshone like LB. Perfect fit for a Gary Patterson LB at Texas.
