If one has English Proficiency Certificate from Their university, is that fine? Because the requirement doesn’t mention in particular about IELTS and TOFEL. It requires proof of English proficiency
Must the CV be hand-signed as well? Like the motivation letter? Also, there are other requirements on my programme page that are not on the DAAD checklist e.g. evidence of performance and subject-related scholarships. should I submit the evidence or will I be disqualified?

The interview was in October and the final result was announced by the end of December.
