- Amid all the chaos in Kolkata due to Doctor’s rape and murder, in a display of solidarity on the occasion of ‘Raksha Bandhan’, police personnel tied Rakhis to protesting doctors and medical students on August 19. The students continued to demand justice against the RG Kar Medical College and Hospital rape-murder case.
