Mike I really enjoy the videos. Give Pearl a pat on the head for us guys deep in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri. I’m recently retired. From the Lead Mines here. And now that I have time. I’m working on Stick #2. I gotta say #1 was fun but I’m embarrassed as to how it looks. I purchased my tools from Treeline like you mentioned. Good folks there really helpful especially that PJ Peery. Good personal service. I let them know I was following your lead. Bought your book and am really enjoying carving your style. Hopefully my mistakes disappear with time. Keep the videos coming.

    Hello there, Mike,
That is a handsome snake you carved there. I like the way you are able to make something that your tools can't do for you. I was so surprised to see you using resin to make those makrs on the snake a bit higher. YOu have a fabulous imagination.Anyway, it was nice to see you do a stich on one of the Bushmasters. I really wouldn't like to come into contact with the business end of one of those snakes. Thank you for taking the time to make something different for us to enjoy. YOu blew me away, as usual.
Well Mike, the hated summer months have come and gone. It was a really brutal summer this year. It started early and went on late into September. Now it is just comfortably warm outside, but it gets cold inside, so we put the furnace on today.
I hope you are enjoying the weekend, my friend and I wish you well for the new week when it comes.
Sending out some warm hugs and love to you and may God continue to bless myou as is fitting for thos who love Him and are called accoring to His purpose.

You found some great solutions to get the end result you wanted. Love how you finished the non-snake part of the walking stick. Beautiful job as always. Give Pearl a pat from me.

Incredibly lifelike! Your work is always, always so realistic that I’m sure people hesitate to reach for your canes, out of sheer instinct.
I have a childhood friend & veteran who moved to Costa Rica and has had many encounters with this amazingly dangerous snake. He said they’re so cryptic, you will almost never see them until you’re right on them, but said they have a very specific smell to them and he always listens to his nose when out and about.

Thank you very much! They are such a dangerous snake that I'd hate to live around them. Most people don't survive being bitten by one.

      @@StinnettSticks - You’re absolutely correct, Mr. Stinnett.
My friend said there’s no surviving even a grazing bite, because medical help is simply too far away and he believes there’s no anti-venom serum, anyway.
God bless and stay safe! 💯🇺🇸❣️

Thank you very much for another great video, Mr. Stinnett. You have quite a talent for detail- the walking stick looks just like the snake, scales and all! And the process is very relaxing to watch, as always.
I hope you and yours are well, take care.

Hello friend, I want you to know that you are an inspiration to all old fellows like me. In fact you make it look so easy that I thought I could maybe be half as good…. Not so! But I do now have a new hobby thanks to you. I’m also a new subscriber and enjoy your laid back approach to what you do. If more people could slow down and enjoy life as you seem to be doing this world would be a much more peaceful place. Keep up the good work
