This was from Season 3, episode 9, called Baby Blues. It was about baby smuggling. A very young Annette Bening was in the episode

"Blood & Roses" (season 4 - episode 19), as mobster Frank Mosca. Gina goes under cover pretending to be an interior decorator working for him. They "become involved", but he finds out that she's a vice cop. It's a good episode...
