Nooo don't crash tower with Sasha hahhaha. Beautiful view! Reminds me of the time when I was young and went on climbing Mt Apo many times. Thank you! Kamote is sweet potato in English. Take the green papaya, it's good for cooking tinolang manok. :D Earlier, I watched Denis/Karina kitchen construction. Now, I just finished watching Vitaly's tower deconstruction. Interesting videos!
I hope more people will keep their land as farm land so the trees and natural ecosysyem will be preserved and new plants will grow and survive. 😊 I wonder if Vitaly will build a tiny house there, he would have an epic view. 😊
My previous comment is deleted, I think. Anyway, beautiful view. 😍 Please tell Vitali to check Living Big In A Tiny House if he wants to get ideas about building off the grid houses. 😊

Suggest that you fence your property to secure and establish boundaries and have privacy. This is to prepare for the anticipated fast development of Samal once the SIDC bridge is completed. Good luck and enjoy your stay!
How soon will Vitally replant or re forest the cleared area by planting durian fruit trees? Hope it will be done within a few months. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
The problem of that area is power and water supply hehe we tried to plant fruits there before but the land is rocky better to plant avocado or jackfruit 😅
THAT IS TRUE.. PLANTING DORIAN IT MAKE YOU RICH IN THE PHILIPPINES. MAKE IT BIGGER TO MAKE YOU ARE THE SUPPLIERS OF THE ENTIRE PHILIPPINES. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR PLANTING BUSINESS.. ALSO , UNDERNEATH OF THOSE DORIAN TREES.. YOU CAN PLANT SWEEEET POTATOES.. THAT WILL BE ANOTHER BUSINESS YOU CAN DO WHILE ENJOYING YOUR BUSINESS BACK IN THE SAMAL ISLAND. YOU CAN EVEN SENT THIS BUSINESS TO RUSSIA THOSE DORIAN AND SWEEEEET POTATOES PERIOD. I AM HAPPY FOR YOUR BUSINESS THINKING. 🥳🥳
i wish your friend Vitaly will also create his own youtube channel, i would love to see how he will transform his land into a wonderful fruit orchard. and i'm sure many filipinos would support him as well.
The Philippine government made a new law last week, foreigner can now rent land for 99 years, before it was 50 years but now they changed it, maybe to help the economy and bring new investors to the country.
Green papaya peeled it and cut in small pieces cook it with coconut milk and lemon grass and meat of fried fish salt and pepper hmmm yummy You can add moringa leaf too
Hi Stas. I just saw your vlog and became interested, so I watched it. You mentioned that your friend Vitaly ownes the 4 hectare of land. Just to let you know and to also educate your fellow Russians who love the Philippines, foreigners are NOT allowed by law to own any land in the Philippines. Our Constitution prohibits that. Also, I hope your friend has a building permit when constructing or even repairing a part of his house. It is required by law. Trees are also protected and even if the tree is inside private property, a permit from DENR (Department of Environment and Natural Protection) to cut as tree is required. Your friend may get away with it now but he will be heavily penalized and may lose everything if he does things not in order. I just hope you can inform him properly before he spends all his money on the land that he can never own.
I appreciate your concern. It was an impenetrable jungle like weeds. They already cleaned land and planted good trees. 😊❤️ Thank you so much for taking the time to comment! 🌟
Don't tell this video that your friend russian owned this land ... Our Philippine Constitution prohibits all foreign individual to owned land in the Philippines unless he or she married to a filipino citizen and that land title will automaticaly listed to a filipino citizen and not to any foreigner even he or she married to a filipino...

I think you should prepare a farm plan before you plant so that your farm will be more organized and orderly!

You will never have a hard time communicating with local in Samal, because almost everybody knows and understand English language❤❤❤
Yes, it is very good that even in small barangay practically all people know English. In othet countries it's different

It's owned by filipino guy but he don't really use. I will tell Vitaly about trees.
"Owned" means leased. Foreigners can lease land for 25, 50 years and can still renew lease.

How do you aquire land in that place
It's long term rent because foreigners can't really buy land. My friend found that land from an old Filipino man.
