This week, The Mommies learn that McDonalds was NOT "lovin' it" when it comes to the newest member of "The Cool Guy Club," Terry. Tom and Christina experienced a "Mommy Night Out" which led to shower adventures. Tom tells us about his examination with everyone's favorite doctor. Also, The Mommies feel bad that they might hate their dogs.
Josh Potter comes back on YMH to tell us about the unique scumbaggery that lives in the radio industry, and to discuss Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's "features."
Neal Brennan joins the show and asks about the origin of some of the best YMH folklore. He tells The Mommies about why Half Baked almost ruined his career, the level of fame in which Eddie Murphy is working in and what a jerk Bill Cosby is (aside from the obvious reasons.)
THEN, it's the star and creator of HBO's CRASHING, Pete Holmes! We get Pete's opinion on some "Christian Comedy," he tells us what "Sacred Raisin Cakes" are, shames Tom's frivolous lifestyle among MANY pearls of wisdom.

For a long time, I thought Pete Holmes was a goofball whose "clean humor" was not for me, but this guy wore me down with kindness, and genuine humor. And also those god damn xmen videos.

This is one of my all-time favorite episodes, the mommies are dealing with uncle Terry, Neal Brennan is glassin all the sound drops, plus talking inside baseball about stand-up. Then Pete Holmes brings all home with Philosophy and knowing yourself, which brings out some of my favorite comments from the water tramp Tina. Such a great podcast, and such a great community! I love Coco and although he would be great for the fart mic, I can no longer sit through his pomcasts, all he does is tell the same stories and never reacts to anyone else’s. Right when someone finishes saying something, he just immediately starts talking about himself. 🤷🏻♂️
Tim Todd I’ve abandoned “The Church” as well. It’s a stale pomcast-it literally depresses me when I listen to it. But, the mommies could use the videos of cool guys to placate Joey’s endless stream of stories; get him to react to something in the present.

Neal Brennan seems like the kind of guy I could talk with for a long time. Just so interesting. Him co-creating Chappelle Show with Dave and his 3 Mics special made him a legend for me. That special was so completely unique.

I also gave up on church about 10 years ago. Having discovered critical thinking, science, and complex thought, I completely agree with his anger for the christian jokes.

Thanks Pete for the idea "Drink a bunch of water so you can wake up without an alarm" so you don't wake up your spouse. I bought her a car for her birthday. Kept it at a friends place. The night before drank 3 bottles for water. Woke up around 8am to my wife on the couch because I pissed the bed.

Pete Holmes is an example of well-deserved success. He has been busting his ass in the business for 20 years and he is just starting to get rewarded for it. I am a huge fan of his...his mind works so quickly that he comes up with bits constantly. The Pete Holmes Show was hilarious...everyone should check it out. Love you Pete!
