I actually used to live there. My sister and brother in law bought it back in the early 90s (before the chiropractor) and renovated almost all of it. It was a disaster when they bought it. I lived with my sister while my brother in law traveled. The Koopala (?) was very cool as you could see 360 degrees and was amazing during thunderstorms. I lived in the top right bedroom from the front of the house. They filmed a scene in the movie in my room. Lots of great memories.

South Haven rocks, I loved living in New South Haven on McCool Rd, we moved away in the early 90s so I could build a shop on land so the noise didn't disturb neighbors. I respectfully agree to disagree since I’ve been in there alone and i have known and spoken with last 3 owners and even the deny hauntings. Creepy yes but haunted, no. People confuse creepy factor for being haunted. Old houses pop and creek and have drafts but that is not spiritual activity. You stated too many stories and that is just it, stories. I have never been scared or threatened by this beautiful home nor it's residents.

I have stayed the night in there when it was abandoned in 80s and there is no ghosts or even bumps in the night. Now as far as the little girl myths that stems from a wolfe family in dakotas where farmer killed his daughter and wife. Why has no one ever done a tour of inside lol never one of the owners etc, no one that I know of. We all grew up around there fascinated by that house but only a few have seen the inside in detail.
I could of but to me its been stripped inside of the authenticity because it is now modernized. Ive been in there so many times and it is nothing like it used to be.

I remember when they were filming Bloodbath in Psychotown. As i rode by on the bus, on the way to school, I was puzzled by all of the scaffolding and blackout plastic all over the place. You can find this movie under "Video Demons Do Psychotown" now (title changed) (and the movie still sucks). -T. Staff

The owners give tours around Christmas. The house is beautiful inside. The cupola is accessible during the tour.
