It was 2004, April/May, and I never buyed tcg before. I saw Magic in the stores here in my european country but It was a niche hobby and I didn't know anybody who played it. Short story... those 10-15 Euro was my best investment in any game ever. I still remember how I wasted ALL my money for the month to get 2 boosters in addition to the starter. Pulled Aqua Sniper the mana high cost card. 20 years later I'm still loving my Water or Melnia decks^^
Check out recent Bolshack family or redesign cards in those 20th anniversary trial/theme decks! I like both artworks but nothing can ever surpass the classic.
The foils if in near mint condition might be worth something - especially Scarlet Skyterror and Bolshack Dragon. Some of the staples could fetch a few bucks too - Hulcus, Terror Pit, Holy Awe, etc.
@@TheGauntletDM i really wish this game could come back i tried of keeping track of my life points in yugioh and the interaction with some cards where you have to call a judge because both players don't know what's going on when some cards interact with each other
@@conorjones93 As an ex-YGO player I sympathize. Word on the street is the new Digimon TCG borrows heavily from early DM and my friend playing it is really enjoying it. Perhaps that can be worth a shot if you wish to scratch that card game itch! -J

You guys pulled 10 foils when normally you get 8, so I suspect the pack you got with two foils may have been an error pack that you weren't supposed to get and more importantly, that wasn't even supposed to exist 🤣
