I just bought 5 tickets for this. Would be a HUGEEEEEEEE upgrade to my 2004 Trek 3500 non-suspension bike.
You do amazing work. Only issue I have is staying awake watching the videos. Just found the channel, subscribed and watched about 4 now. It’s total ASMR, which I don’t watch, so I’m fighting to stay away watching them.
I wish I could afford a bike half the quality of these. True craftsman ship!

it amazes me how easily you got those tires on!
It completely depends on the tire and what rims, and a good helping aid is to apply soapy water on the bead so it will glide over the edge a lot easier. I always do that with new tires no matter, and I also do it with used one's if I know they are a pain.
Just a splash of plain dish soap in water, nothing fancy at all. It's just to have some lubricant between the bead and the rim. Then just hose off excess soap when done with a garden hose.

It seemed strange to me that the cable was on the bar and not inside. But that's how it was before. And I didn't expect the sprocket thing, nor did I expect the tensor. ✌️😎🔥
