Hiking to Angel Falls Overlook (Big South Fork)

In this video, I did a solo hike out in Big South Fork State Park on the John Muir Trail out to Angel Falls Overlook. I wasn't planning to record a video for this hike because of how I was feeling, but you'll see if I seem a little down in this video it’s because I was going through a period of depression. I open up a little bit about my anxiety and depression but please know it was hard to talk about so I don’t go into a lot of detail.
