The free version allows up to 100 participants per meeting/webinar. The "Meeting" edition (paid) allows up to 250 participants per meeting/webinar, and there's a "Webinar" edition that allows up to 3000 participants per meeting/webinar. More info here: www.zoho.com/meeting/plan-comparison.html
@@blungo Thanks for the prompt response. I am looking for a meeting solution (interactive, not webinar) which can cater to around 3,000 participants. Please let me know if you are aware of any such solution. Thanking you in anticipation.
If you want to disable the option for participants to share their screen, you can do it from the settings. Open Zoho Meeting and go to Settings >> Organization >> Meeting >> Share screen >> Host only. You can't control the participant's camera. If they don't want to turn the camera on, it's their choice.
1) Not sure what you mean by "fix the meeting id". You can set up your custom domain, but you cannot customize the meeting id. It's auto-generated. 2) There are a couple of tools regarding annotations: when sharing the screen, you can share a whiteboard, and annotate there; you can also click on "more" and select "meeting notes", where you can type your notes in.
@@aprotutor Hi! The whiteboard I mentioned is a white screen where you can write things down using your mouse. If you are sharing your screen, you cannot annotate over what you are showing. You can use a third party app for that.
Thank you for this demonstration, I really needed this
Thank you for the demonstration. Can you also let me know, how many participants can join the Zoho meeting? Is there any limit?

a pity you cannot create rooms or groups when you have more participants and want to work separately with groups. Will that be available one day ?
It looks like Zoho is currently working on the breakout rooms feature. Not sure when it will be live, but it will be available soon.
@@blungo Thanks for the answer, looking forward to the break-out rooms on Zoho !
I can't see any drawing pen like we do in Zoom or Google Meet for Zoho?
Hello. When you are in the meeting, click on share and select the whiteboard. There, you can draw and use shapes and images.
How can we cotrol video share of participants

Does this have time limit in free version?
Yes, the time limit is 60 minutes per meeting. Also there's a participant limit: 100 per meeting.
Can I fix the meeting ID?
Where are annotation tools?
