Off road along the coast of the Gulf of Mexico

Nikki is infamous for finding 'interesting' roads and routes. They usually are interesting and have been some of the most scenic and memorable drives we've undertaken.
We were stopped twice along here by people with ropes (or chains) across the road. The first guy multiplies his 'toll' by more than 10 - Gringo rate. The second (out of shot at the other end of the road) accepted that we had "no dinero".
