‪@kamlakarshenoy2588‬ ADDL MC, DMC, in BMC under guise of beautication are carrying out illegal structures, and encrochment on road footpath and traffic islands by misleading all MLA, MP, Councillor and concealing that it is illegal and attract registration of FIR against all concerned public servants.
these structures violate BMC circular 14.12.99 and several Bombay High court and Hon. Supreme court judgements.
BMC has not completed Hancock Carnac Reay and several other sensitive projects for want of funds but wrongfully spending thousands of crores on such I'llegal activities.

We strongly denounce the wastage of public funds by Mumbai's Addl. Mun. Commissioners, DMCs, Chief Engineer Roads, Asstt. Commissioners, Tree Officers etc who illegally spend it on "beautification" "constructing traffic islands" on our footpaths, roads and other open spaces.
Criminal case should be filed against these officers. Also our public representatives need to be taken to task for turning a blind eye to such wastage of funds. To add insult to injury these same public representatives (i.e. Corporators, MLAs & MPs) take credit for such "beautification" to cultivate & please vote banks thus aiding and abetting wastage of funds and perhaps corruption too.
