Great ideas! I would love a tutorial of what supplies you find are great for the up-cycling DIY’s (like if you had to purchase today what spray paint, what brand or colors you reach for time and again, etc) and also inspiration/vision ideas (where you get ideas, how you save the ideas, etc). I think it would be helpful for those who’d love to thrift or repurpose and just need the foundation for success. You have awesome thrift success.
I could watch these videos all day! You are SO talented! My favorite is still the ornament hanger that is now a bar shelf. I really hope I can find one of those before next Christmas to hang ornaments above my piano.
I really hate to say this but I really love when all the Christmas decorations come down you’re right it seems like you have such a larger space and this year we only moved into this house five months ago so I’m still figuring out my decor so since everything is down now I’m busy moving stuff around to see what I like where lol
I love your esthetic and how you stage your example pieces. My challenge is interrupting that winter feel in the deep south. Winter here doesn't have the same feel or textures. Challenging my creative juices to reimagine a southern winter feel. My favorite aspect of your decor is your cues from nature that you incorporate into your designs.
I’m not much of a thrifter (since I really should be decluttering 😂) but she find such neat items that matches her home aesthetics. Maybe 🤔 one day after I move & restart
I love going to the thrift stores for the Christmas season I couldn’t believe the nice pieces I was able to find people throw out what they have and went out shopping again I was able to decorate my home for going to the thrift store and I’m talking and good items in excellent condition
Really enjoyed your video....an idea I read that using old silver tarnished pieces a❤dd❤ light in the dim winter months. Maybe for some of your vessels or trays....just an idea. Also glass reflects light. Beautiful home, by the way. Very comfy Thank you, Ruth
Hi Fia! Love your content ❤ could you share a video about your cabinets and open shelves in your living room? I would love to know if you installed them yourself or if you hired a contractor what that process was like!
Happy New Year Fia!🎉 I'm in the process in putting away my Christmas deco and I'm loving all these great ideas you are sharing with us. You inspire me to try new and different things I never thought of. You're the best! God Bless you !
You have beautiful style, Sophia. Loved seeing your little guy walking through your shot. I have to get to my local thrift stores to see what they have to offer. Have a great week! 😊
What are the two products you use to change the wood tone? I remember antiquing wax, but can’t remember the first layer? Thanks! I love your channel!!!
Happy new year gorgeous 🎊 I am also working on a walk ever for the kitchen. You do such a phenomenal gorgeous job at everything it looks amazing. Have a wonderful blessed new year 🎉💜🌈🩷🦋
You can use Vodka to clean fabric also. Hang the item(s) in the shower and spray it down with Vodka and let it air dry. To be transparent, I did not purchase Vodka to do this. I had several large bottles that had been left after hosting events and I don’t drink it. After some research, I learned that it could be used to disinfect and clean. Please, do your own research if you choose this method as it may not work for all things or individual personal circumstances.
Let me say first and foremost, I enjoy your TH-cam videos immensely. I love your style. I love your ideas. You rely heavily on ‘thrift store, finds’ and those options are just not available for the majority of the country. While l don’t live in a metropolitan area, l do live in the Raleigh Durham NC area and we do not have any of the options that you so breezily mention n your videos. Maybe some alternatives to “thifted items” could be a goal for 2025?
Who else hits the thumbs up 👍 button before watching Fia’s videos, we are guaranteed to love them. She never disappoints! Happy New Year 🎉.
She’s the best!
With Fia always ❤

The simple black and white photos and frames are my favorite. Your home just feels very comfortable and inviting. Thanks 🎉

Great ideas! I use a blue velvet ribbon for around my vessels. The ribbon reminds me of ice ❄️ for winter!
PERFECTION !!!
Love your videos because you don't break the bank to make a unique and welcoming atmosphere. Love those white candlesticks in your entryway. ⭐

If I got a throw pillow from thrift store I would have to wash them. You can air dry them, then fluff.
