His name was Glitcher Anims he was a powerful animator but other animators was still learning
So he teached them how to animate. And understand what every tool is. Then he became a legendary animator then is in one of the best animators in animating history.

Running and jumping and punching is easy just bent the character forward and make him take a step then use the arm to form the punch

Another tip is if ur character is doing a special move, USE IMPACT FRAMES! Basically add some lines where the move is happening on a black screen and you will be golden.
