Beautiful video. Must have been a lovely little village at one time. Must be quite eerie to see what's left of it emerge when the water level is low.

I remember hearing about this on the news once when the water levels dropped very low. Very interesting to see lovely footage 😊

I was parked there 2 weeks ago and could not believe how little water there was in the reservoir, never seen it as low as that before, cheers Alan

I remember going to see the village when the water had dropped in the summer of 1985 with my then girlfriend (and who became my wife soon after)

Beautifully filmed! The music selection is spot on. I'd recommend more variety in the scenes, perhaps starting low near the water, progressing along the water and gaining altitude and then a turn to look back. Still, makes me wish I was there. I'd love to hike those hills and have lunch up there looking over that reservoir.

What an amazing place! Never known of it before. Would love to visit when the water levels are low, but there probably won't be another dry spell in the Lakes any time soon, knowing British weather 🌧🤪
