- I competed on the world's first Ai generated F1 track. 2 years ago, Matt Amys used Ai to design a track layout, and now thanks to DiME, we can finally drive on it in Assetto Corsa! im sorry but this track is too narrow for an f1 car to fight side by side. other than that, it looks very good, but if only it is wider.
Ai creates great circuits like this one, but the best racetracks are the ones made by nature. Tacks like Spa, the Nürburgring and Bathurst are all "made by nature".

Hey Cameron, I just recently started actively watching your channel and love your content! Is there any chance you could do a basic guide on setting up an open wheeler (for most sims)? The little bit of setup changes you showed in this video and showing how it changes the car's handling makes me think that you'd be an amazing guide.
I think I figured out why the bug happed. It seems like the game didn't count your lap at 13:21 so you pretty much lost an entire lap there. You can also see the delta go from "1:35" to "3:11"

It sometimes can happen when the driver goes outside the checkpoints at the track. They aren't visible but they are there. The track creator should have put the on the other side of the fences so even if you go on the grass the lap will still count. This is just speculation of what happened to me before when I made a track.

I too race at an Autobahn go kart track and simrace, I also live in eastern USA as well :) It tells me that I can be a racing driver if I dedicate myself enough, but then reality hits me like a tank. Track has elevation changes

I don't think it's Tilke's fault if the land he's working with has no natural elevation changes. Parking lots, beaches, fake islands, city centers etc. tend to be much flatter than a rural hillside far from the nearest airport.
But when there's no F1 circus to cater to, Tilke does create some fantastic, naturally flowing and undulating racetracks.

I didnt even know i was fighting/defending against such a huge youtuber. Yeah i have also no idea how i did end up so good with the hypersoft strat but i can tell you i was really fighting the car at around lap 8 or so and was really applying the throttle so gentle that i rarley spun out. If that one guy who inwas trying to overlap didnt push me wide we would have had maybe a great battle. But it was fun altogether and i hope that i can get my revenge :D I really so wanna get my p1 podium m8

With the marks on the ground this feels like a Mini version of the Nürburgring GP circuit

THE VIDEOS BACK UP HOORAY
I made a track just 2 days after Matt's video using his layout.. As flat track it was quite boring, it needed elevation. And what i see the elevations are similar, not the same but same kind of choices have been made. I do think mine was longer, the tight corners here feel too tight and i definitely made sure chicanes were flat (they just work better that way..). It has a good flow It is nice for hotlapping but a bit too twisty for racing.

Maybe you can try out some circuits from Doublezero on TH-cam? He too makes beautiful tracks like this and it would be cool to see someone like you do a race on those circuits.
This track is very similar to Motorland Aragon!
Track map wise, yeah. But the actual track is very different
might have been because that was one of the maps the AI studied during the machine learning phase. so map wise the track appears similar but the AI added its own other elements

Good question. I feel like the liveries of the 80s and 90s were the best. Maybe some questionable companies were on the cars at that time, but the simple solid color designs are 👌

@@CameronDasRacing it's an incredible race track in Spain, MotoGP and Superbike race there. Peugeot's WEC team recently tested at the track. Last year it hosted one of the best races of the season in MotoGP

The tracks not wide enough for 20 cars. F1 cars are so powerful these days that you would be losing so much speed potential on a track like this and also perelli would have to do a complete overhaul on there tires to fit a track like this. They'd be on ultra hards to make it 5 laps and the cornering of those tires would be horrendous. The low speed corners would also never let your tires get up to temperature if you had a tire to make it more than 5 laps. It's a neat one lap track tho. AI just can't process all the tire and car capability factors right now. Maybe in the future it will be able too and we'll be watching races at tracks AI built.

Hey man i love your videos but one thing that i really wanna to see is you back on a cockpit of a F3. Like come on i know that was one of the worst time on F3 Since you come 25 on the championship in 2020 but even on euroformula open isn't that bad you won the championship, but if you couldn't keep up with the money is ok but if you had the money well you can keep it do it so man remeber NEVER GIVE UP Please i hope you drive again as the old days
