Okay. This instrument in combination with Joe is the most charming, funny, ridiculously awesome thing ever. For me, there is no misery that can´t be covered by a single, sneaky, small smile created by this.
THIS GUY IS GREAT. HE "REALLY" knows what he's doing. BRAVO.
This is wonderful stuff! Joe is a magician, artist, and showman. Bravo!
This one sounds like something out of chatty chatty bang bang when they were at the fair!

First saw AND heard fotoplayer at Powerhouse Museum, Sydney, Australia 2 weeks ago, (Feb 14 2020) the gentleman playing it and the sound that came from it was truly amazing. Well done, Jo.

Fantastic stuff, such energy, as we say in Australia “Good On You Joe.

Bravo!!
reminds me of the short on "The movies begin" series "comedy, spectacle, and new horizons" short called "Onesime Horloger" (Onesime Clock-maker) 1912.
Joe Rinaudo i recognize this music piece you used for the #themoviesbegin soundtrack for #onesimehorloger, a.k.a. #onesimeclockmaker.
This way way too cool
This one also has several wax cylinder recordings at the UCSB archive. This one is from 1916. It is interesting to compare a historical band arraignment with what you can do with this wonderful instrument: www.library.ucsb.edu/OBJID/Cylinder1038
A madman's dream.
I can't wait for the BASS remix! Open house PARTTTYY!😂
Ben Hur would be proud. And confused.
Pretty wild race! Did Beedlebaum come in yet? ;-)
I have a beautiful old copy of this march with a fantastic picture of the race, and the inside cover says "lithographed in color". I'm interested in finding out more about the picture. Can you help"

The vast majority of the Fotoplayer is pneumatic, however certain functions might be electrical.

is joe dead? because if he is than we must honor the nicest most talented man on the planet. because he hasnt posted in 3 years or so
Joe is still alive and well, regularly updating his Facebook. Here is a Christmas concert he recently did: th-cam.com/video/uf8HUtgXWrM/w-d-xo.html Joe is currently in the process of performing extensive maintenance on the Fotoplayer, which I believe is currently at least partially disassembled.
Faster!
It could use more Cowbell, trust me you're going to want more Cowbell! but I like what I'm hearing.
