Thank you! It was a whole process to figure it out 😀, but first I built a half wall and then a room next to it but on a lowered terrain so that the top of the room matches the top of the half wall. I put a 1x1 roof on top of the room and deleted the room. Then I dragged the roof holding shift and clicking on those smaller arrows that look like this > to make it go over the half wall. To "delete" the 1 tile wall below the roof I put windows on it and sized them down with T.O.O.L mod. It can also be hidden by decorations, for example some plants if you don't want to use mods 🙂 It's a lot harder to explain like this so I'm thinking of doing a tutorial on it in the near future

how to remove the walls from the roofing

I put big windows on it and sized the windows down with T.O.O.L mod by TwistedMexi 🙂 that makes the walls disappear. If you want to do it without a mod, I recommend just doing a 1x1 roof and drag out the overhangs with arrows that look like this >. Then you will have just a 1 tile small piece of wall that you can hide with decorations
