    Jorge was not Mil Mascaras or Bob Backlund, he was an attraction based on his freakish size, and his moveset was like 3, that accentuated his monster status like Andre. I appreciate him for what he was and that's a footnote, something unusual and entertaining for a short time. So let's not disparage the guy

    The big guy did make the other guys look like children in the ring, he was freaking tall!!!!! All he could do was stand there.

      All he should have done was stand there and cut anybody off during a move.

    Barry Windham is the 'Madonna' of wrestling. He looks totally different in every appearance he has made in the ring.

      @Bill Diehl of Midwest Federal Madonna? She looks the same from her Like a Virgin days, never changed, Kelly Wells pornstar would be a better parallel

    El Gigante and the Big Show were suppossed to work a ' Dad Bods' angle with Arn, but Verne nixed it because Greg thought they were stealing his idea..

    The failure of El Gigante was a failure of management/booking/training. He was huge but ungainly. He needed to be trained and booked correctly. He needed to be used as a monster or “attraction” like Andre. You can’t expect someone that size to be athletic and a great wrestler especailly if he isn’t properly trained. He could have been much better utilized.

    Sid has never seen 6'7, much less 6'9

    • @zackvanhalen
      @zackvanhalen ปีที่แล้ว

      Sid was just over 6'6" according to himself. Gonzalez was 7'6" according to his basketball listings and the Guinness Book of World Records.

      Sid was big look when he is face to face with taker or Nash Sid was over 6/7 he was pushing 6/9

      @@josephmiller9424 lol. Taker was at max 6'7. Stop buying into wrestling heights

    • @zackvanhalen
      @zackvanhalen ปีที่แล้ว

      @@josephmiller9424 No, he wasn't. I've literally listened to his podcast where he went into detail about his true height being 6'6". He said he was measured at that when he tried out for a team called the Memphis Showboats. He said he always considered himself to be 6'6" and hates when wrestlers exaggerate their heights in real life.

    Think send him to Japan for a few years and don't rush it have him learn and before he ever steps in a American ring he has 3 to 4 years over seas learning how to work instead of the big show right away a young Andrea did Paris and he was never taught to fall over the years he could've learned
