The Filipino Chinese food in Manila is only 50 % authentic than most other oversea chinese food because it is only suite to the local Filipino people, the ingredient it serves is completely different and most of us Chinese doesn't eat it that way.
@ying chan: fair observation. Phils is a melting pot. We have a lot of Chinese immigrants that came to the Phils and still do. Theyve brought along their culture and their cooking. Naturally, their food was introduced using local ingredients. I don’t think this vid claims to be 100% authentic Chinese, after all the title states CHINESE FILIPINO FOOD IN MANILA CHINATOWN- but believe me, 100% Chinese migrants brought them to the island!
