      On black holes and white holes : it is just mathematically conjectured ... there is no proof that such an entity can first exist and then can exist in our universe and then can be engineered and can be engineered with technology which can developed...no practical implications for white hole stuff..only theoretical possibilities ...
      On travelling far distances at speeds greater than light : Alcubierre drive is a much much better way to transport. You see the speed of light is the light at which energy/matter can travel in the universe. Say there is a road which says 100km/hr.. speed limit..so that does not mean that the road itself cannot travel faster than 100km/hr.. so in the same way universe can travel at any arbitrary speed .. by universe I mean the fabric of space time ... this is the way our universe was created and the universe itself travelled way more faster than speed of light shortly after creation of the fabric... so this phenomenon which is the shaping block of the universe is far better to be used than worm holes which are just mathematical ideas.. this said drive is beyond what humans can achieve to build in I would say few thousands of years if not more....
      On aliens : Just 3-4 days back the precursor material of life was confirmed to be found fully in outside earth bodies such as comets ... this bomb shell confirmation which supports panspermia meaning life started on earth because the precursor material fell on earth from some bodies outside of earth suggests that life may be easy to start as material of life can be created in nonliving space like conditions ... this material when enters earth like conditions can then start life.... so if starting life is easy and our universe had some reasonable time and a lot of space for life to start then where are all those beings.... this is a research area in itself cannot be explained in a single post.. I am planning to right a short book on this maybe will get it done... what my gut says about the research I have done in neuroscience is formation of a man like brain which has 52 broadmann areas is just too much ... too unique .. too hard... has happened here on earth but may be so hard that it rarely happens in a galaxy twice ... if that is the case then we may never be in contact with aliens as intergalactic stuff is beyond range and would need either a white hole or accelerating space/time fabric ... the ideas discussed in the top of the post..!!
      To sum up life and our universe need to be appreciated more than what people actually realise.. We are in a very nascent phase of engineering and such constructs which ponder the limits of the universe generally require a very advanced civilisation ... Our priorities at this point should clearly be 3. Protecting ecosystems from collapse by pollution or climate change , building consent among nations that AI will be safe as an AI race to build better weapons will build AI parallel to human like intelligence ( what if the next outbreak is not a global virus but a deadly AI which controls every electronic gadget on the planet which can be controlled ? what if such an AI concludes that humans cannot live with peace among themselves as they are too divided in caste.creed etc etc and our destroying the very planet itself at a rapid rate ? ) , building international protocols which control and limit genetic research and creation of new viruses ... I can write a smartphone app on which you can create new genetic stuff... should not be this easy as it is very dangerous and not controlled by any global organisation .. this should be mandated and controlled strictly by a global body .. these are our top priorities and these priorities are not the kind of priorities which a civilisation would have if they were to do the stuff discussed earlier .. hope this sheds some light...!!!

    1. Though universe is expanding, but Andromeda is coming closer to milky way at a speed of 110km/s and one day they will collide.
    2. Rockets are not launched with escape velocity.

    Ah🙄
    You should call some Physicist to talk about these things, yes some things from the interview was true but they lack the basic foundational terms to define various terms,
    I don't why people are excited to talk about these things ( black hole(proven), worm hole, white hole ( unproven and hypothetical)) even they do not know about basic Physics,
    I once asked one excited fellow asking these things, i counter questioned “ What if i let free fall two balla of mass 5 kg nd 3 kg, which one will fall faster ? ”
    He replied ofcourse 5 kg,
    I laughed alot 😂😂 I mean people do not even know some basic knowledge of the Newtonian physics and asking questions on black hole etc, these things are based on The General theory of relativity, it needs excellence in advance Physics plus advance mathematics to understand these things,
    Black hole, W.H etc are interpreted from the equation discovered by Einstein, Even we are at Master's level degree do not have this theory in the syllabus, it is highly advanced topic, 🙄
    So, basically to talk about these things you need a very qualified scholar Physicist instead common people ( I am not disrespecting Abhiraj but he is not the worthy person to talk about these topics )
    Second thing is ,, Please do not watch sci fi movies they just exaggerate things most of things showed in them is totally flaw, ( except some shows and movies)
    And for excited children, students, “First learn the basics of Physics, and master the mathematics, ” this is the only path which will lead you to understand the true beauty of these theories, instead just proof lacking talks.

      You're right. Nowadays, if someone creates informative content or achieved success in certain areas, they instantly become experts on all other topics. There were so many factual errors in this conversation. Even the things disucessed here are just driver out from a documentary like Cosmos or HTUW(How the Universe works). Ofcourse, you anyone can talk about any topic, we astro lovers feel happy when someone talks about the Universe, but they should also mention that the person is not an expert.

    If the space is expanding at a speed higher then the speed of light, then how can the light from Andromeda reaches earth and how can we even able to observe Andromeda?

    • @wantsomecandies73
      @wantsomecandies73 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Because In whole universe the speed of expansion is rapid but in our local Galaxy group it is somehow slowed because of gravity , In our local group of Galaxy gravity is stronger compared to the other superclusters and celestial objects where dark energy has the most effect. In some billion years Andromeda Galaxy and milky way galaxy will collide due to strong gravitational force hence forming milkomeda.

    • @satyaprakashnath6190
      @satyaprakashnath6190 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@wantsomecandies73 It means the the milky way galaxy and the andromeda galaxy are coming closer due to the effect of gravity. Then why is it said in the video that we can never reach the andromeda galaxy?
      Also According to you,space is expanding at a speed higher then light, and Andromeda and our milky way galaxy are going to collide due to gravity, so does it mean that both the galaxies floating towards each other due to gravitational pull on the febric of space witha speed greater then the speed at which the space is expanding?

    This explanation of Black hole, supernova, and so called, wormholes; is present on TH-cam channels. I’m surprised how scripted this looked to me. Guy was aware is what I would call and not knowledgeable to speak on this topic. All these terminologies used were a result of a great preparation on what to speak. How about, creating a series with this guy explaining the basics and moving to advance astrophysics logic. Speaking about Mr. Einstein and not mentioning/talking basics of The theory of relativity was such a shame.
    Some qualified speakers on this totally new and deep topic will be appreciated

    Even if wormholes existed it won't be a portal that something can travel from one side to other because the power to bend space time fabric that can reduce light years of distance needs a tremendous mass like a black hole which once you get caught in its gravity you will be crushed ...there is no way wormholes as they show in movies can exist

    Informative video...but he wasn't that accurate about the formation of black holes. A black hole is formed when a massive star(whose mass is at least 7-8 solar mass) collapse by its own gravity, when ran out of its fuel and no more fusion process take place , and explodes as the supernova explosion.

    After watching this video...I have realised..I know more about space and universe than the guy in orange t shirts... things he said were partially correct.
    For example - Our Milky way doesn't have trillions stars...but billions supposedly.
    2) Light speed is not a global speed limit.. instead Universal speed limit.
    3) Andromeda is the closest Galaxy to Milkyway ..and it's going to collide with Milkyway at some point in far future...so it's not moving away as he mentioned.
    Overall I feel Beer biceps could have gotten a better person to talk about space time and universe.
    This guy was just a space enthusiast.

      Milky way has around 100-400 billion stars..while Andromeda,our neighbour, has about a trillion.
      Andromeda,milky way and triangulum galaxy and their satellite galaxy constitute the local(milky way has about 57 satellite galaxy..).
      Andromeda nd milky way collision is expected in about 5 billion years or so...
