That’s pretty much how I un-crate these units up here in Brampton Ontario Canada at All-Lift Ltd. - except I even remove the cylindrical doors, brushes, hopper (and also inspect the sprockets and belts while they’re off for alignment and tension) to eliminate the wiper blades being pinched or scraped moving off the ramp, as well as the hopper from potentially falling off and being damaged - and in the rider scrubbers I remove the entire wiper arm assembly and reinstall the hinge pins with anti-seize, to make future removal of the cylindrical arms easier 😉👍🏻
