As someone who has designed numerous hydrofoils in the past including full size sailing foils I might point out that the surface sensor paddle is set too close to the front foil so the ride height is too high for scale behaviour and the foils ventilate then hydroplane. The foil size is so much bigger than necessary that the ventilation doesn't matter and it behaves rather like an ultranautics wet bike planing on the surface. To prevent more scale proportions foils from ventilating and losing lift you can fit them with "fences".
I \was a Navy combat photographer sent to the Tucumcari in early 1970's testing phases to get film of the hydroplane down in the water while running at top speed. To accomplish this, a couple of burly boatswain's mates held onto my legs while I hung upside down over the side and filmed it. Too bad I didn't get combat pay for that because it was dangerous. I was too young to know the difference between fun and danger at the time, LOL.
I don't know why it is running so noisy? It looks like the intake must be coming up through at least one hydrofoil support strut, I think it is better to reduce the volume of water moved and use a multi stage jet unit or use more stator and impellor blades. That length of water being sucked up it weighs the craft and you should be able to get more lift from smaller hydrofoils if they remain totally submerged.

It's HYDROPLANING, not hydrofoiling.
where is the water inlet ? Good noisy rc hydrofoil . Cheers.
The intakes are at the bottom of the two rear struts.
